Johan Botes CA (SA) founded Consilia Technology Investments Pty (Ltd) in it’s current form in 2012 with the vision of creating a new player in the ERP implementation, consulting and technology integration market that would be well positioned to export South African skills to the world. A chartered accountant by qualification, Botes started his career more than 20 years ago with Deloitte.
Between 1993 and 2007, he was Senior partner at Burnan Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He returned to Deloitte for a five-year stint as CEO of Deloitte Mining Shared Services in 2007, during which time he learnt a great deal about remote technology delivery, technology integration and project management across multiple countries in the Technology and ERP global market. He left Deloitte in 2012 to establish Consilia Technology Investments Pty (Ltd).
Ingrid Theunissen an Industrial Psychologist by qualification started her career in the corporate HR industry
13 years ago. She initially gained experience in the Telecommunications and Technology sector working for organisations like Grintek Telecom and Altech Netstar. Between 2005 and 2013 she was employed by SAGE HR and Payroll (previously SAGE VIP) and ingrained her knowledge of all HR Generalist functions as well as gaining more exposure on Assessment centers, Management Development and Psychometrics.
Theunissen was self-employed as a consulting Industrial Psychologist between 2013 and early 2015 specialising mainly in Medico-legal work. She chose to return to the corporate HR market when she joined Consilia in January 2015.

Bert Fourie is appointed as CEO SAP Integration for Consilia Technology Solutions. Has extensive experiences in SAP Mining RDS, Solution Accelerators Architect, SAP HANA, BOBJ & SCM SME (APO, PM, PP, SD and ROM) in the SAP practice division Southern Africa and the owner for BMS RDS Template & Design.
He has extensive SAP practice management, program management, Integration Manager, Delivery Manager and Global consulting experience across multiple service lines in the mining, manufacturing, freight, transport services, Infrastructure Rail and Natural Resources Industries.
Bert was part of the Barnstone Management Team SAP practice in Southern Africa, serving tier one clients in the implementation and advisory sectors. As Senior Lead and various project manager activities he has successfully managed numerous SAP-enabled business transformation programs and services agreements for some of the world’s premier organisations. He led project team’s part professional resources and has completed multiple full life cycle SAP assignments. He has completed assignments in the South Africa, South America, and various projects in the UAE, SAB Ltd SA and participates within the Global Deloitte & Barnstone space supporting multiple countries within the Deloitte & Barnstone and AMS support services division.
He is considered a thought leader in Program Management & Delivery Methodologies. He has outstanding client and people relationships and excels when working in a challenging environment. His long term clients include South African Transnet Freight, Infrastructure Engineering Maintenance & Manufacturing, BHP Billiton, AFGRI Agriculture and Dubai Aluminum Emirates Steel, EMAL DIFC Dubai International Company
Bert has extensive practice responsibilities, including leading major SAP projects for Southern Africa, South America and within the United Arab Emirates (Middle East).

Stephan Freysen joined Consilia Investments Pty (Ltd) in it’s current form early in 2014 to start up Consilia People Solutions. He had a dream to start up a company that can provide a holistic approach to people development and acceleration within organisations.
An Instructional Designer and Teacher by qualification, Stephan started his career teaching high-school visual arts. He then joined Deloitte Consulting as an instructional designer in 2007 and has since become an experienced organisational development specialist, human performance advisor,
e-learning developer, learning architect and educational consultant with an in-depth knowledge of performance acceleration through strategic HR alignment, supported by education and learning. Between 2012 and 2014, he looked after the instructional design department at one of Imperial Logistics’s subsidiary companies where he was approached by Consilia Investments to start up
the People Solutions business.

Celeste Cassara CA (SA) started her career in PWC audit. From there she moved into Advisory services
within both PWC and Ernst & Young. Here the work she did spanned across industries and included business turnaround, revenue transformation, process architecture, forensic auditing and finance transformation.
From there she moved into the world of financial management, after accepting a role of financial manager
for the Gauteng division of a company specializing in environmental solutions.
In 2013, an opportunity to move to the UK presented itself, and so Celeste moved to London to take up the
role of financial analyst for international law firm Simmons & Simmons. However, the lure of sunny South Africa was too much to resist and Celeste returned in 2015 to start Consilia Private Equity under the guidance of
Johan Botes.
